2. How We Use Information
Your information is strictly utilized to deliver marketplace functionality, enforce milestone escrow contracts, compute verified skill badges, and prevent fraud.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data or assessment results to third-party advertisers.
3. Provider Assessment Data Privacy
Service Provider assessment test attempts and raw question answers are kept confidential. Only calculated overall verification scores and earned Verified Pro badges are publicly displayed on provider profiles.
4. Real-Time Chat & Communication Security
Messages transmitted across Scriptly's real-time messaging services are encrypted in transit. Chat logs are maintained securely for milestone audit inspection in case of contract disputes.
